Each protocol consisted

Each protocol consisted in performing 4 upper train exercises with a bar in the same sequence, during 3 series, up to 10 repetitions Trialix, with 75% of the maximum load they could lift (called 1RM).

The 4 exercises chosen were the following: Bench Press, Benched Press, Shoulder Press and Horizontal Rowing with a forward inclined trunk.

If you look closely at the first 3 exercises are "press" type and focus on similar agonist muscle groups (pectorals, deltoids and triceps), while the latter is of the "pull" type and focuses on the antagonists of the first 3 (Trialix). Thus, interference in performance is expected to occur in press-type exercises primarily.
